Day 124. Is it Friday? That’s what I asked the bank lady this morning. For some good reason, every day feels like a Friday. Even mum agreed. That’s double golly gee wow wee!
This is completely random. I suggest you don’t read any further. It’s really for my own amusement. Maybe I’m the first to catch this; in the titling for Cougar Town, a silly American television sitcom on ABC, someone slipped in “Sorry, we still cringe at the title.” I took a screengrab. It used to just say Welcome to Cougar Town. I want to know who this “we” is and how soon it will be until they are fired.
I looked back a few episodes and found, “please still be there.” Wow, this show is getting desperate. Most of the others just say, “Still Cougar Town” or “Welcome to Cougar Town.” I’m curious if the execs are paying attention.

Today’s Song
Steamroller, by James Taylor.
“Steamroller Blues”, often labelled just “Steamroller”, is a song written by James Taylor, that first appeared on his 1970 breakthrough albumSweet Baby James. The song title comes from the first line: “I’m a steamroller baby, I’m bound to roll all over you…”. A satire on the blues rock fashion of the time, it was a multi-sectioned walking tune full of mock serious phrases such as “I’m a napalm bomb for you, baby” and “I’m a churnin’ urn of burnin’ funk.”
